API outage > invalid refresh token?

Hi. From late yesterday afternoon Australian Time, we've been receiving this when trying to process orders via API connection:

"error": "invalid_grant",

"error_description": "The provided authorization grant (e.g., authorization code, resource owner credentials) or refresh token is invalid, expired, revoked, does not match the redirection URI used in the authorization request, or was issued to another client. The refresh token is malformed or not valid."

}

Would this be connected to this reported outage?

Nothing else has changed locally.

    Hi mkaaay,

     

    Thanks for checking in, and yep, seeing that kind of error would absolutely make the afternoon a bit less fun. It might have been tied in with that outage we had, but the good news is things have now been sorted on our side, so it should all be behaving itself again. If you give it another go and it's still throwing that same error back at you, best next step is to touch base with the support team through developer.myob.com.
