Hi FAB , I'm getting a number of similar errors today on an app which reads data from many files.
The API team have explained that these are a form of timeout errors, but they are certainly a lot more frequent than usual.
You should email developers@myob.com with the details. They will want you to send them:
- the URI you called
- type of call (Get, Put, Post etc)
- Request Header
- Response Header
- Json response body
(They do not want to see your code).
Thanks, but all of that is a bit above my head, I have no clue about any of the info you said to email to that email address
Would be good if MYOB can just fix this. This is their job, not ours and I am not a developer or tech person either

Yes the fault is very probably in the API, but unless the OneSaas app enables tracing/logging of the info I mentioned, it won't be available to you. You should still email the developers and describe the problem.
