log in issue - AccountRight

everytime I log out of my MYOB file and then login I have to go through the whole process including verification.   It didnt used to be like this

It is very annoying. It happens again. It doesn't help when we have like 20+ MYOB files. We have to waste time and log in 20+ times every day!!!

Hi GA39, I'm experiencing the same issue. Albeit I've only got 8 files I need to open at the same time.

I doubt MYOB will fix this.  They'll pretend that it's got something to do with online security.

I am having the same issue. Yesterday it was all good. We have over 20 MYOB files to open also. Bloody annoying as we are trying to complete our month end and it will double the amount of work. Hope that MYOB get it sorted ASAP!

The 24-hour reauthentication is ok. However, re-log in for all 20+ MYOB files under the SAME USER NAME/ SAME EMAIL is not acceptable. For example, at the end of month, we only need 2 mins per file to reconcile bank accounts. Every 2 mins, I have to re-type my email and password for 20+ times because we have more than 20+ files.

Hi GA39 , assuming AccountRight, to switch files without typing in your email address and password each time, try selecting File, Open, then select the file, or Cancel to go back to the recent files list and select from there.
