Hi,
I use Accountright on my desktop and browser, the desktop version logs me out every few minutes, sometimes seconds after logging in, sometimes just after hitting the print button and worse of all at the end of an invoice!
How can it stop doing this! This is so annoying! I understand security and all but this is taking it way too far!!!
can a countdown banner not pop up to give me time to save? or click on I'm still here or something? Come on guys it's 2027 soon!

That sounds incredibly inconvenient, especially when it’s happening while you’re working and printing. Being logged out after only a few minutes isn’t the normal browser inactivity timeout.
Please try these steps:
If it still logs you out while you’re actively working, please contact our Support team via My Account or live chat through MOCA, our virtual assistant. So they can investigate the desktop and sign-in connection further.
