Would be good if MYOB can just fix this. This is their job, not ours and I am not a developer or tech person either
What application are you using to sync the sales?

Yes the fault is very probably in the API, but unless the OneSaas app enables tracing/logging of the info I mentioned, it won't be available to you. You should still email the developers and describe the problem.

HI FAB , the API is working, although gives intermittent errors. You mentioned that you haven't been able to sync sales since yesterday. Have you checked that you can still connect OneSaas to your AccountRIght file (I'm not familiar with OneSaas but there must be an option to connect a file and test that connnection).
OneSaas is itself a middleware program. Where are the sales coming from - an ecommerce site?
