DEXT (Receipt Bank ) & Original MYOB Essentials Integration

Products: Original MYOB Essentials

 

We are aware of an integration issue between DEXT (Receipt Bank) and the original (old) MYOB Essentials platform. 

 

Our team is working with DEXT to resolve it as quickly as possible.

    Hi there,

     

    MYOB's Development Teams are still continuing their investigation into this issue.

     

    We do not have an ETA for a fix at this stage, the issue is proving to be more complex than first thought.

      Hi there,

      Our Development Teams were able to push out a fix overnight to correct the issue that has been experienced between the DEXT & Original MYOB Essentials Integration.

      We now consider this issue to be resolved. However we will continue to monitor this connection.
