Get Data OOFeed for MYOB Advanced

Hi,  When I try to Get Datat through From OData Feed, I get a "We couldnt authenticate with the credentials provided. Please try again".   Is there a special set up that I need to do?

If this is regarding MYOB Advanced, I would recommend emailing the Advanced API Support team via:
advancedsvs@myob.com

The team there will be able to help.
