Hi there.

Thank you for reaching out and welcome to the Forum.

Firstly can we confirm that you are using the latest version of the API (which is currently 2020.3) 
If not download the latest version here.

If you are using the latest version then it will be best to contact API support here in order for you to send through some specific details regarding your developer account.

If you could send through a full HTTP trace including request and resonse headers, URI and API key we can look further into this request from our end.
