Increasing API Errors each night

Hi AndrewStephen, 

 

Thanks for reaching out, We have checked logs files 500/504s and can not see an overall increase in these errors. 

 

Would you be able to create an API Support request with us and send us the HTTP trace for one of these 500 errors and one of the 504s and we can have a more in-depth look into what is causing this.
