I have not seen this and am not aware of an option.
Are you saying the QuantityAvailable field is not returned, or the value is zero?
Iterms that are not flagged as 'inventoried' will return zero.
Could it depend on the AccountRight version, i.e. Basics / Standard / Plus or Premier?

Yes, the QuantityAvailable is not returned at all (ie is missing from the field list returned). I will have to confirm the version.
