Hi DavidDNCS , afaik the API is the same for both products. In the past MYOB has suggested on this forum: "if the error occurs (when creating a new invoice or deleting an invoice), please do try to reset the default setting by going to Sales/Purchase Settings → Layout Hit save on the layout selection and the setting will be updated". (The existing layout selection will probably be Services).
