MYOB Shared Sandbox 19 - unable to log in

I've tried the Administrator User ID and blank password, doesn't work.

 

When I clicked on the original invite for AccountRight Live, it said my User ID and Password was set up by MYOB Developer but nothing was shared with me.

 

User ID: This was set up by MYOB Developer
Password: This was set up by MYOB Developer

    MAtt,

     

    You normally login to Accountright using your user account email address and credentials.  

     

    The API typically uses the user name: APIDeveloper. Was Administrator in the past I think.

    Thanks Jeremy, API Developer worked!

    All the documentation still shows Administrator and even when you download AccountRight, the default User ID is Administrator, so that needs to be fixed.
