New API support form has no place for asking a question

A security question has been added in place of the field where we could ask our question. As a result the reply email subject line contains the start of our response to the security question. See PDF...

    Hi Mike_James,

     

    I can see what you mean about the security question showing up where your custom field used to be, and that's why the reply email subject is grabbing part of your answer. Definitely not what you'd expect. Since this is happening when you're submitting a support request through developer.myob.com, the best next step is to send this concern through the same link so the dev team can check what's going on behind the scenes and get it sorted.
