Hi NathanMc , sending statements is more complex, but is based on posted invoices. We have a debtors module included in our report writer which you should have a look at, we can print or email both invoices and statements, with various options. Depending on your requirements there may be some customising involved, but overall this should be a faster solution for you. My contact details are at the foot of our home page (www.datawise.co.nz).
