Thanks for reaching out,
In order to use the hybrid layout via the API, this needs to enabled from within the file first.
To do this:
- Open the file in the web browser.
- Click on the business name in the top right.
- Select Sales settings. ( for Purchases, select Purchase settings)
- Change the field layout to Service and Item.

Thank you for your response. Not sure if you are the same Hannah but we have an email chain with developers@myob.com with Tana and Hannah regarding this issue but no one is responding to my emails now hence why I started this post.
Why have done the steps you mentioned but are still having the issue. When attempting to push orders from Channelup to the MYOB AccountRight we receive an error stating hybrid layout is not enabled despite having followed the steps.
The company file must support "Hybrid Layout" in order to integrate with Channelup but following those steps to enable the feature has not worked for us.
