Trouble logging in

Hi folks

New user here.

Everytime I try to logon via the solo app, I get this error message: 'We encountered an issue retrieving your data. Please sign out and try again'. 
Any hints?

    We identified an issue affecting Solo users earlier this afternoon that was preventing them from being able to login to the app, accompanied by the error message you've described here. 

     

    The good news? We've identified the issue has now been resolved 🎉 We recommend force closing and reopening the app, and trying to login again. 

     

    If you continue to experience issues or need to get help for Solo, all you need to do is tap More > Digital Assistant in Solo and we'll be on the case.
