User not seeing company file so want to resend invitation

Our audit had access to our YOb company file last year and is still listed as a user, however shoe cannot see our company file and ask if I can resent an invitation. Can I do that? I tried to creat a...

  • Serial number 
  • Your full name and email address 
  • File name 
  • Users full name and email address
