Company Data Auditor

Hi, I am doing doing the "Company Data Auditor" process for the first time. 

  1. I have performed a backup today however it is still showing the last backup date as 2/9/2019 (there has also been another 2 backups during this time).  Why has the date not updated?
  2. Account Reconcilation review screen - is showing EVERY bank account and credit card account we have every had.  Most of these are marked as "Inactive".  Why is it still asking me to reconcile inactive/closed accounts?

    Hi Genevene,

     

    Thanks for your post. We are currently aware of the issue with the backup date. If you have taken a backup and know where it's saved, please disregard the message for now. You may check this link for the workaround in the backup date. Regarding the account reconciliation review screen, please access this helpful thread.

     

    Feel free to write a post if you need further assistance.
