Emails Forwarded to MYOB Intray via outlook rules being rejected

I Have now tried a few different ways. 

 

Emails sent to in-tray just fine if sent without the rule but once applied to the rule i get a rejection notice. 

I have seen this in forums prior but no solution published 

 

The rejection note posted below for reference: 

Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it.

    Hi Estelle0,

     

    The error message you're seeing usually indicates that the email address noreply@apps.myob.com needs to be whitelisted. I recommend adding this email address to your whitelist and trying again. If the problem continues after doing this, it might be best to contact support for further troubleshooting. You can do this through the MyAccount window or by using the live chat feature via MOCA.
