Lagging issues

I've been experiencing over the last few days a lagging issue that often will not allow me to "click on" any of the drop down menu's or enter information in the "Description of Transaction" unless I continually refresh the page - pages are also slow to load (I'm using Firefox since Safari no longer works for me) 

 

Anyone else having the same issue?

    I'm sorry to hear about the lagging issues. Definitely not ideal when you're trying to get things done. Since you're using Firefox, let's try a few things to improve performance:

     

    1. Clear your browser cache - Sometimes old data can slow things down.
    2. Try an incognito/private window - This helps rule out any extensions causing issues.
    3. Check for browser updates - An outdated version might cause some glitches.
    4. Test in another browser (like Chrome or Edge) - Just to see if the issue is browser-specific.
    5. Check your internet connection - A slow or unstable connection can cause pages to lag or not load properly.

        HI PLButchers,

         

        Thanks for trying those steps! We don't have any reported issues on our end, especially with lagging, so it might be something local to your setup.

         

        Could you try opening your file on another device and see if the issue persists? If it works fine there, it could be something with your current device, and you might need to check in with your IT team.

         

        If it's lagging on all devices, reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant MOCA or submit a case via MyAccount so they can investigate further.
