Thanks for trying those steps! We don't have any reported issues on our end, especially with lagging, so it might be something local to your setup.
Could you try opening your file on another device and see if the issue persists? If it works fine there, it could be something with your current device, and you might need to check in with your IT team.
If it's lagging on all devices, reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant MOCA or submit a case via MyAccount so they can investigate further.
