Bank Reconciliation issues
I have a client on MYOB that I'm trying to assist.
They continuously have issues with their bank reconciliation. At 30th April 2025 I reconciled the bank account and everything worked fine. There was for whatever reason outstanding transactions from 2024 but i entered the bank balance, cleared all the transactions and everything was correct.
Come to processing the 2025 financial statements last month and again all these are outstanding. I undid the reconciliation to 27th June as i had done in the past but now the bank just wont rec.
I emailed MYOB support twice over the last three weeks but no response. Does myob no longer provide email support?
