Thanks, i already did the above however the transactions remained outstanding when i undid the future dated transaction so not exactly fixed.
I have now just done a receive money journal against accountants adjustment account for the total of old transactions and will need to make adjustments in the financial statements but at least this way the client can continue with the reconciliations and the old transactions have been cleared.
