Removing Data Bases from Client List

I need to remove 2 clients from my client list as I no longer act for them as bookkeeper.

It seems you can't phone MYOB any more, and there doesn't seem to be any way to remove clients.

I need to activate another client but I can't because I have the maximum number of clients that can have.

How am I supposed to do this?

  • Hi Doreen,

    I'm unable to restore a backup of one of my clients, but I can't. When I research the problem it says I have too many databases. There are 2 that are inactive and I don't need any more - I need to remove them so that I can access the current client database that won't open.

    What am I to do to fix this problem?

    Hey Lyn05,

     

    There's no option to remove or delete clients and it's something we’re working on for a future release. You might want to check this link for more info about creating clients.
