Remove Online File

Hello, I recently uploaded a file that did not need to be uploaded.
Can I please have this removed from online?

    You will need to either reach out to our live chat team via MOCA for this to be actioned. Alternatively, you can raise a case via your My Account dashboard and someone will reach out to you to assist further. Please note we are currently experiencing a high volume of requests and may take longer to get back to you.

    Thanks for responding Amanda.

     

    The MOCA wasn't very useful and I have found raising a case doesn't always get answered. I will raise a case and see what the outcome is.
