System hung when AR trying to backup

Hi, AR was trying to do a backup of my file, but it has hung. It's now been 'hung' for around 3 days and I can't see anywhere to be able to release this. I've tried shutting down the computer and restarting, but to no avail.
Does anyone know how I can release this (as I can't even do a restore from a back up)

    I understand you need help with your file's backup in progress status. I've made some fixes on my end, so your file should be active now.

     

    Feel free to start a new thread if you need any other help.
