Backup in progress

My server lost connection whilst backing up my file yesterday and it seems my MYOB is stuck in limbo while it resolves itself.  This occured yesterday 5pm and I would've thought it would've done so by now. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. :)

    Thanks for your post. Upon reviewing your account, it was indeed indicating that a backup was in progress on our end. I've implemented some backend changes that should resolve the issue.

  • My file has also done the same.  Is there a way to fix it at my end?

      Hi Leish,

       

      I'm sorry to hear that you've experienced this issue too. Yes, there is. I've run a script over your file in a way to fix your account, and everything should now be working on your end. If you happen to encounter this problem again, I recommend reaching out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant MOCA or submitting a case via MyAccount for immediate assistance.
