Backup in Progress

Hi,

My PC lost power while backup.  

 

I am trying to log on to my AccountRight file, but keep getting the message "This company file is currently backing up.  You can sign on once the backup is complete"

Please help.

    HI Sandra,

    it should restore itself, if not. you need start a new post,

    Then MYOB support will help you.

    I got login back after 10 minutes

    All good for now

    I have run a script over your file which should now have resolved this. 

    Please let me know if you are still experiencing this issue.
