Transfer MYOB Subscription to new Accountant

A am currently the owner of my client's MYOB file.

I am retiring and they are switching accountants.

Could you please assist in transferring the ownership of this file?

The change serial number is greyed out in the file .....

 

I have sent them administrator access to the file however I am wanting to:

 

1. Remove me as the owner completely from the file so that I no longer recieve invoices for this subscription
