Thank you for your post, and welcome to the community forum.
I can see that there is no activity history if the emails or invoices are being sent to your customer. May I know if you have tried to send a dummy email to your own email address? If there is an error message that pops up when you have tried to send the email, have you tried to use a different browser and clear the cache? If not, please do so.
Also, when emailing the invoice, you may try to remove the pdf by selecting the X option next to the attachment. As it works with the other customers who experienced this issue,

Yes i have tried sending a dummy invoice to myself and do not receive it. It doesnt update anything in the activity history either. I have taken off the pdf attachment but still don't receive the invoice. My client is getting very annoyed not being able to email the invoices from the software. I need this fixed. Obviously there was a problem with the upgrading of the file you guys did.
