I am unable to update the billing details on the monthly sibscription invoices issued by myob. The profile details are all correct however I can't seem to find the option to update the billing profile details. ie the email address it should be sent to, the billing address and the contact name.
I repeat this is not a debtor control invoice issue but a myob subscription invoice issue.

Sorry for the delayed in response. Updating your subscription or credit card details requires you to be the primary account contact for your MYOB subscription. This is typically the person who set up your MYOB subscription. Could you please check if you are using an Admin/Owner email when logging in to myaccount.myob?
