Unpaid Bills Report - MYOB Business Online

Hello

I work with many MYOB Business Online files and one of my files will not load the UNPAID BILLS REPORT - coming back with this error - Failed to load the report.

Does anyone know why this would be happening and how I can fix it?

Thanks

Julie

  • Hi JulieBG,

Looks like your file got a little overwhelmed. That Failed to load report error usually pops up when the report times out from too much data, the browser cache is acting up, or there’s a bit of corrupted data hiding in the chart of accounts. The good news is this is normally fixed by running a script over the file and I’ve already done that for you on the backend. Please log out, then log back in, and your Unpaid Bills report should behave itself now.

    Cheers,

    Princess

Thanks, not sure how you knew which file it was as I didn't name the client but I have checked and it seems to be working now.  Appreciate your help.

    Hello,

I am experiencing the same problem with one of my files.  It has happened before.  I can't see where in the community I can put this question in....so i thought I'd ask you - I hope you don't mind.  How did you put the question in for them to see?

    Hi emma1,

Thanks for jumping in here, and no worries at all. I’ve run the script to help with the “Failed to load report” error. That one usually pops up when the report is trying to pull too much data at once. If it still won’t run, a few handy things to try are:

    • Reduce the report period to less than a full year.
    • Check Accounting → Categories for any accounts sitting under the wrong header.
    • Ho to Settings → Report settings and click Save again to refresh it.
    • If needed, export and re-import the Chart of Accounts without changes.

If it pops up again down the track, just reach out to our team and they can help give it another nudge. You can contact them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via My Account.

    Cheers,

    Doreen

    Hi yanni,

Thanks for sending through the error message. That “failed to load” message can pop up for a few different reasons, usually something like a data issues or a system glitch. I’ve already applied a fix to your file using the account details from your Community forum profile to help get that report working again. Before you give it another go, please clear your browser cache first.

    Hi gabbasp,

Sure thing! I also checked your account details through your Community Forum profile and was able to successfully run the script on your file. You can now ask them to log out and log back in, but please make sure to clear browser cache first before trying to run the report again.

    Cheers,
