Cannot prepare unpaid bills and unpaid invoices reports

 

I am unable to load Unpaid bills and Unpaid invoices report.  

 

I get this error:

  • Yes I have cleared the cache
  • Yes I have restarted my computer
  • Yes I have tried different browsers
  • Yas I have tried a different computer
  • Yes I have reduced the time frame and number client's in the look up etc 
  • Yes I have checked the forum - seems this has been a issue for others but MYOB have given no useful solution

 

And yes despite the above it is still not working.

 

I was working fine last week.

    Thanks for the reply.

     

    It is working as it should today (regardless of the date range). 

     

    If I had to do as you suggested: "change the 'Date range' drop down to 'Today'" I would be concerned as that seems to be a bug at MYOB's end not the users and MYOB should fix it rather than expect users to spend time trying to get something so counter intuitive it to work.

     

    I have given up on MYOB Live Chat. They take hours to respond.

    Hey yanni​ 

    If you change the 'Date range' drop down to 'Today' and leave the 'As at' date as you have in the screenshot, you should be able to generate the report without an issue. If the issue persists, please get in touch with the live chat team via MOCA for further investigation.
