Cannot prepare unpaid bills and unpaid invoices reports
I am unable to load Unpaid bills and Unpaid invoices report.
I get this error:
- Yes I have cleared the cache
- Yes I have restarted my computer
- Yes I have tried different browsers
- Yas I have tried a different computer
- Yes I have reduced the time frame and number client's in the look up etc
- Yes I have checked the forum - seems this has been a issue for others but MYOB have given no useful solution
And yes despite the above it is still not working.
I was working fine last week.

Thanks for the reply.
It is working as it should today (regardless of the date range).
If I had to do as you suggested: "change the 'Date range' drop down to 'Today'" I would be concerned as that seems to be a bug at MYOB's end not the users and MYOB should fix it rather than expect users to spend time trying to get something so counter intuitive it to work.
I have given up on MYOB Live Chat. They take hours to respond.
