I was wanting to create customised P&L reports with specific columns, Cost Centres, etc. Is there something that MYOB has that can facilitate this? I have read som messages in the MYOB Community and they speak of "Download MYOB Advanced Tools". Where do I find this and will it be suitable for what I want to acheive?

That is all possible. Ask your partner for the Analytical Report Manager training or the training manual or go to the Acumatica University and take the course.
This can be done in MYOB Advanced, my recommendation would be to look into https://www.velixo.com/ it's an add on solution and a lot easier to use than the standard MYOB Advanced reporting tools.
