Known Issue: Advanced Payroll Sites Unable to Email Payslips Post Upgrade to 2021.2.2

Good Morning


Issue: We have been made aware of a number of sites experiencing issues emailing payslips after an upgrade to 2021.2.2.


Symptoms: Typical symptoms being reported are that an error window will be displayed when processing the send but there will be no specific error message.


Workaround: At this pont in time the only option is to print the payslips manually and provide these to employees.


The issue is currently sitting with Engineering who are driving to have a hotfix release available by early next week but I will update once specifics are received.


Upgrades to 2021.2.2 have been paused until this issue is resolved.

    Good Afternoon


    This issue has been resolved by our Development Team and sites affected by this will receive a hotfix over the course of the next 2 weeks with the first batch out tonight and another group on Wednesday night (27th).


    The remainder will have the hotfix rolled out early next week.
