Superannuation Error

Hi,

 

I am using MYOB Advanced. 

I have created a superannuation batch and when try to submit payment,

asks for MYOB login details, Enter login deatils-  it gives me error

Please help.

  • Hi, unfortunately this picture of the error you attached is not working, so I'm not sure of the error. Have you clicked Validate Funds? Maybe you have one that's no longer current?

     

    Not sure if this helps, but my typical superannuation process is:

    1. Create Superannuation Report - using previous months date
    2. Create Superannuation Batch - using previous months date. Check back against report, check for errors
    3. Save Batch
    4. Submit
    5. Approve
    6. Export (SAFF File)
    7. Then upload to clearing house
