Superannuation payment error

Hello

 

I am trying to process superannuation for a new employee.  Their super fund details weren't correct when i first processed thier payroll, and when i tried to process super I received the error message"You need to enter a valid employee membership number for this employee".

 

I have now confirmed thier super fund details and member number, however I am receiving the same error message.

 

Does anyone know how to resolve this?

    Hi design_jpe

     

    Thanks for confirming that, for this superfund can you please make sure that the member number # prefix is 010, once updated you should be able to process super payments to that fund for the employee.

    Thanks for your post. Can you please confirm the employees Superannuation funds name, ABN and spin/USI number so I can take a look into this for you.

    ACN 26 458 298 557
