Superannuation payments

I am updating an employee's super fund details and click ok. When i try to update the next empoyee's details, the first employees details are carrying over to the next person. i correct employee B and then check employee A and it is now copying the other one. Their membership number is staying as it should be however the fund name is copying.

I have had another staff member check this as well!

  • Hi Niccoach

    Thanks for your post. If you're updating the superfund via the blue arrow pointing towards the right  in the employees superannuation tab this updates the superfund created under Lists> Superannuation funds, any emloyees linked to that super fund will have there information updated aswell. If you need to select a new fund for the employee please user the drop down blue arrow to select the new fund.

    I have highlighted the arrow below that will update the superfunds details;

    Do let me know how you go.

      Hi Melissa

      It appears that this scenario has happened in our employee files, are you able to please advise how to find where the error was made as all reports are now showing the updated super fund details.

      Also, could you please detail how to correct this problem.

      Many thanks

      Carolyn

        Hi Caz95

        Thanks for your post. This scenario happens when updating the Superfund itself within the employees card file instead of selecting the new fund for the employee. I've added a screenshot above on how this user error tends to happen.

        To resolve this you will need to update the employees superfunds, you can do this by either changing back the fund to the previous super fund or create a new super fund and update the employees card files with the correct super fund.

        Do let me know if you have any further questions.
