Superannuation Payment Returned

It seems one of the super contribution payment bounced back to our bank account but we have not recieved any notifications from MYOB for the info. We use pay super function on MYOB to process the super monthly. I can assume from the total contribution amount however there is no such notice from MYOB and cannot confirm this for sure before I contact to the employee.

Are there any ways to find out which payment became an error and boucned back to our account?

    • Business file name
    • Your name + email 
    • Total returned + date returned

        We're unable to post these details publically, however, the reason for a returned refund will likely be different case by case.

      I also have receieved super payments bounce back into my account. Could someone please help me work out who they belong to and what changed need to be made.
