Superannuation Payment error

Hi,

 

I have received this error while processing superannuation payment.

 

"One or more super funds selected is inactive and can't accept payments. Find out more"

 

After this error requested stapled superfund from ato and also confirmed details of superannuation fund with employee, also checked on Superfund lookup the fund is active (AWARE SUPER FUTURE SAVER). The details are correct and still not able to process it.

    Checking the super fund details and verifying the ABN using the ATO's super fund lookup tool is a great start. Since you're still experiencing the error, I'd recommend recreating the super fund and linking it to the employee. Once done, try processing the super payment again.
