Error message : "Your login to Pay Super may have timed out. You will need to go back to the main super payments screen to refresh your login, then try to create a payment again. The payday super settings are different for a contractor and an employee, so I created two cards for the same individual. However, when I processed the payroll, MYOB detected that both cards have the same super fund member number and prompted me to use unique member numbers. How should I handle this situation?45Views0likes1CommentSuper Clearing House Payments not showing in employees fund
First payment was made las Monday into Aware Super, it was authorised and it shows in MYOB as being paid and marked as successful in myob. The money has been withdrawn from our Bank the same day, but there is no payment in Aware super under the member, it's now been a week. Aware super can't check and said only MYOB can look into it. How do we know where funds are and that it is correct prior to making the next lot of payments today111Views0likes4CommentsUnable to now make Super Payments
I have used the super portal through MYOB since it was created. I went to complete super payments tonight and now it claims that my mobile number needs to be verified go to your email (NO EMAIL SENT). I have never changed my mobile number and now I'm completely unable to do anything. The super is sitting at "pending authorisation". I cannot reverse it to try again (I'm apparently not authorised now). But my role is "Pay Super Administrator". I went back again after trying the chat bot (no success other than get a case number). Next error I'm getting now is "Your login to Pay Super may have timed out. You will need to go back to the main super payments screen to refresh your login, then try to create a payment again. If you still can't, you may not be authorised to do this. You'll need to find someone who is." Has anyone had this issue here and a solution??90Views1like1CommentSuperannuation reversed
I have just started using the pay super. I have an employee who has retired. After, the final pay was completed superannuation was returned for this now inactive employee. I have found "returned superannuation contributions" instructions, but I can't record a pay to reverse the super, as the employee is no longer employed. What can I do?87Views0likes1CommentSuper Payment Filter showing
Hi, When I process a super payment for a quarter eg. 1/1/26-31/3/26 under Payroll--Super Payments, I filter the relevant dates for the quarter in fields "Transaction From: 1/1/26" and "Transaction To: 31/3/6", but I still see the superannuation salary sacrifice for April 26, May 26 which were processed as part of April 26 and May 26 payruns, as pictured. Although I can see April 26 and May 26 on screen, I cannot select it. Why am I seeing the April 26 and May 26 super salary sacrifice on screen when the filter is for Jan 26-March 2026 Quarter only? Shouldn't the viewing screen exclude April 26 and May 26 super salary sacrifice?60Views0likes1CommentSuperannuation contribution refunded
An employee recently change Super funds and it must have been almost simultaneously to when payroll was done. The old fund refunded the payroll contribution to our bank but the new fund didn't claim it. I allocated the refunded amount to Superannuation Payable, thinking it would show up in the next payroll and I could then pay it to the new fund. Somehow the amount still shows on the dashboard as Superannuation payable but the Super in subsequent payrolls only includes the amount for that period. How do I pay it to the employee's new fund either through a new Pay Super or through payroll?Solved259Views0likes5CommentsSuperannuation Payment error

Find out more" After this error requested stapled superfund from ato and also confirmed details of superannuation fund with employee, also checked on Superfund lookup the fund is active (AWARE SUPER FUTURE SAVER). The details are correct and still not able to process it.Solved293Views0likes2CommentsSuper payment status still at 'Processing payment' status
Hi, I made a super payment early last week but it still showing in the Super payments screen as 'Processing payment'. The payment itself has come through the bank feed & it was auto allocated. Any reason why it hasn't gone to 'Completed' status? This will be the third problem I am reporting in a span of 2 weeks. Previous issues related to bank feeds & invoices.
