Superannuation Payment error
Hi, I have received this error while processing superannuation payment. "One or more super funds selected is inactive and can't accept payments. Find out more" After this error requested stapled superfund from ato and also confirmed details of superannuation fund with employee, also checked on Superfund lookup the fund is active (AWARE SUPER FUTURE SAVER). The details are correct and still not able to process it.SolvedSuper payment status still at 'Processing payment' status
Hi, I made a super payment early last week but it still showing in the Super payments screen as 'Processing payment'. The payment itself has come through the bank feed & it was auto allocated. Any reason why it hasn't gone to 'Completed' status? This will be the third problem I am reporting in a span of 2 weeks. Previous issues related to bank feeds & invoices. Regards Nicky
