Super Payment Filter showing
Hi, When I process a super payment for a quarter eg. 1/1/26-31/3/26 under Payroll--Super Payments, I filter the relevant dates for the quarter in fields "Transaction From: 1/1/26" and "Transaction To: 31/3/6", but I still see the superannuation salary sacrifice for April 26, May 26 which were processed as part of April 26 and May 26 payruns, as pictured. Although I can see April 26 and May 26 on screen, I cannot select it. Why am I seeing the April 26 and May 26 super salary sacrifice on screen when the filter is for Jan 26-March 2026 Quarter only? Shouldn't the viewing screen exclude April 26 and May 26 super salary sacrifice?

Pay Super
Dear Pay Super Team, We have noticed that the Super Payments status in MYOB is marked as “reversal completed,” and no funds have been deducted from our bank account. We have not received any email or communication from the Pay Super team regarding this matter. We have confirmed that there are sufficient funds in our Wise bank account, and all employee Super details are accurate. Could you please advise on the reason for this reversal? Batch ID: 5869983

Superannuation contribution refunded
An employee recently change Super funds and it must have been almost simultaneously to when payroll was done. The old fund refunded the payroll contribution to our bank but the new fund didn't claim it. I allocated the refunded amount to Superannuation Payable, thinking it would show up in the next payroll and I could then pay it to the new fund. Somehow the amount still shows on the dashboard as Superannuation payable but the Super in subsequent payrolls only includes the amount for that period. How do I pay it to the employee's new fund either through a new Pay Super or through payroll?

Failing to make super payment
Hie I am failing to make super payment for a worker with Hesta super. I receive a message stating that this fund can no longer receive contributions using pay super. How can I solve this? Thank you.

Superannuation Payment error
Hi, I have received this error while processing superannuation payment. "One or more super funds selected is inactive and can't accept payments. Find out more" After this error requested stapled superfund from ato and also confirmed details of superannuation fund with employee, also checked on Superfund lookup the fund is active (AWARE SUPER FUTURE SAVER). The details are correct and still not able to process it.

Super payment status still at 'Processing payment' status
Hi, I made a super payment early last week but it still showing in the Super payments screen as 'Processing payment'. The payment itself has come through the bank feed & it was auto allocated. Any reason why it hasn't gone to 'Completed' status? This will be the third problem I am reporting in a span of 2 weeks. Previous issues related to bank feeds & invoices. Regards Nicky
