Super payment status still at 'Processing payment' status

Hi,

 

I made a  super payment early last week but it still showing in the Super payments screen as 'Processing payment'.  The payment itself has come through the bank feed & it was auto allocated.  Any reason why it hasn't gone to 'Completed' status?

 

This will be the third problem I am reporting in a span of 2 weeks. Previous issues related to bank feeds & invoices.

    Thanks for posting in the forum. 

     

    The issue when the super went through and does not have any issues side from the Super Payments screen. Is currently being looked on by the development team. I will send you a private message to provide further assistance with this.
