Payment of Superannuation

I've processed payment of super, but the status in MYOB has been saying "Processing payment" for the past 2 days. How long does it usually take for MYOB to process super payment?

    Hi OSSmaritime, 

     

    Totally get why seeing your super payment sitting on "Processing" for a couple of days would make you a bit nervous, especially if you’re new to doing it through MYOB.

    Super payments usually take around 5 business days to go through, and it can take up to 10 business days if there are any delays with the banks or the super funds. So the payment you’ve made is still well within the normal processing timeframe.

    If it’s still showing as processing after 10 business days, that’s when we’d want to take a closer look. You can read through the FAQs of the "Make Superannuation Payments" article if you are keen to know more about it.

    I am getting nervous also.  The funds have not came out of our bank account yet and I processed and authorised the payment on 23 Jan 2026.  It normally comes out the same day of processing.
