Superannuation payment error

Hello   I am trying to process superannuation for a new employee.  Their super fund details weren't correct when i first processed thier payroll, and when i tried to process super I received the er...

    Hi design_jpe

     

    Thanks for confirming that, for this superfund can you please make sure that the member number # prefix is 010, once updated you should be able to process super payments to that fund for the employee.
