I was an existing user, and now it just says "Authentication failed, please try again later". Well its now a couple of months later and it is still the same.

Hi Jeff,
I've sent you an email to get some details so I can follow this up with Acumatica's community team. Definitely shouldn't be any access loss.
If anyone else has the same problem, please post here or raise a support case in Phoenix so I can make sure they're looked into. Definitely shouldn't be costing access to Acumatica Community/Open University.
