Portal Cases - access to view cases

Hi - just wondering if anyone has a site setup using a customer portal for Case management, we are wondering if you can easily configure so that a contact has access to all of the cases for the busin...

    No, we had no issues with set up. Contacts created under the Business Account with portal user access worked as expected.
