Shopify Connector Errors

Has anyone incurred errors attempting to sychronise data with a Shopify Plus site via the MYOB Advanced Shopify Connector?

 

While attempting to synchronise Template Items we are getting the following errors which MYOB Support have been unable to assist with:

 

“Failed to Save Externally” and “Object reference not set to an instance of an object”

 

We also get this error when attempting to sychronise the Product Availability via the Template Items entity which is equally uninformative:

 

“Error on errors : Not found;”

 

The above functions worked without errors in Testing utilising the same MYOB Advanced site connected to a Demo Shopify site populated with Shopify demo data, but the errors then began when we connected to the client's Shopify site.

 

Bringing Orders and Payments into MYOB Advanced from Shopify works fine, but sending data to the Shopify site is incurring the above errors.

 

We would love it if anyone is able to shed some light on this for us.
