Advanced Employee Onboarding is now generally available to AU and NZ Advanced Payroll customers

Advanced Employee Onboarding adds the powerful online onboarding workflow from MYOB Advanced Workforce Management to Advanced Payroll sites. This is an exciting opportunity for new and existing ANZ customers who can now streamline employee onboarding at no additional subscription cost.

 

SO WHAT?

Advanced Employee Onboarding will enable customers to

  • Improve the employee experience - A simple, digital workflow that captures all the right info upfront. Remotely onboarding employees has never been this easy.

  • Save valuable time - Avoid unnecessary admin with a paperless solution that is integrated with your Advanced Payroll. Automatic data sync cuts down handling time and reduces manual tasks for both you and your employees.

  • Remain compliant - Reduce risk by ensuring you have the right documents, right from the start. Digitally collect requisite banking, tax and superannuation information to ensure you stay compliant.

 

WHO IS IT FOR?

  • It is generally available to AU and NZ Advanced Payroll customers at no additional subscription cost. 

  • For new and migration customers, it creates a differentiator with competitors and our high performing products.

  • For existing customers, it adds the most value to AU customers with high volumes of new starters.

  • Any constraints to be aware of?

    • Single set of employee defaults in Advanced Payroll, see coming soon…

    • Rehire workflow limitations for customers with seasonal workers.

    • Onboarding is point in time, not to be used to reshare documents or refresh certification after onboarding.

 

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO KNOW?

 

HOW TO SIGN UP CUSTOMERS?

Advanced Employee Onboarding is available in Phoenix to add to quotations for new and existing customers, that can then be sent through to Accounts ANZ to process.

 

WHAT VERSION DO CUSTOMERS NEED?

  • Min version is 2022.1.2. On this version you need to email the accounts team to provide the WFM route details.

  • 2022.2.1 has the easier integration version, you can set up the integration independently.

  • All customers should be on the minimum version by the end of June, unless they have opted out of upgrades.

The June release of Advanced Payroll will go from supporting a single set of employee defaults to supporting multiple employee profiles. Hiring managers will be able to select the appropriate employee profile in the invitation, so that the employee is created in Advanced Payroll within the right company, with the right pay group and standard pay. This will further reduce the time needed to complete the payroll setup. It will also better support multi-entity customers with multiple WFM companies that are integrated with a single Advanced tenant.
