AE Reporter - can't preview reports

I keep having this error coming up on one workstation, when trying to preview the Reports,  I have reinstalled Reporter Integration, workstation setup, ran scan disk, the system allows me to print reports but not preview the reports.

    To resolve this, in the registry set the Generator Preview Zoom Level to 100.
     
    Please follow the below in regedit. 
     
    HKEY_Current_User\Software\Solution6\Reporter\Settings\GeneratorPreviewZoomLevel
